Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Leading Door Suppliers, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized doors in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or modified doors are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Door for Transit
Carefully repackage the door in its original protective crate or packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return shipment.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the item directly from your property.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the door for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
